Mô tả Job summary
Production Sup is responsible to provide leadership for brewing and beer processing activities to continuously improve quality and productivity while maintaining product specification, GMP, food safety and best practices. Production Sup will also be responsible for raw material handling, brewing, fermentation and beer processing.
Summary of essential job functions
• Recruit and develop Brewing and Processing team through supervision, coaching, and training
• Plan, control and schedule resources and staff of Brewing Dept to meet the company objectives – production targets, budget variation and KPIs
• Ensure that stipulated process is followed to meet agreed quality and specifications of products
• Ensure all Brewing and Processing equipment is operated and maintained up to company standards
• Ensure plant is in compliance with all federal and state regulations along with company policy/procedure – GMP, Safety Health and Environment
• Monitor Quality and Efficiency indicators daily and provide recommendations to solve issues by corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure all plans and strategies are effectively communicated throughout the department
• Ensure that safe work procedures are established and followed; maintain MSDS for all materials used in brewing and processing
• Assist Management to prepare budget
• Drive a high performance culture that is focused on continuous improvement, positive morale and exceptional levels of customer service
Kỹ năng Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology or Food Technology
• 3+ years previous supervisory or management experience in food or beverage industry required. Experience in brewing industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently
• Knowledge in brewing, fermentation, beer processing and filtration
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
