Mô tả Main Purpose of the Job:
The successful incumbent should be responsible for assisting with the Quality Control Supervisor in all Quality activities in Production to assure expected quality product is delivered to the customer. This position is required to spend most of their time on the floor performing visual checks.
Main Responsibilities:
•Ensure that quality of incoming materials, in-process product and outgoing products is compliance with the quality rules by following up the procedure, work instruction and quality flow.
•Being authorized to make decisions / judgement on quality of material and product.
•Control nonconforming of materials, product and processes and make relative reporting to supervisor and management
•Work with Production and Engineering Department on process/quality improvement
•Being authorized to do necessary jobs in case department head is unavailable at factory
•Take responsibility in general jobs by following requirement of department
Kỹ năng Education/Experience:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Min 2 years quality control experience, experience in plastic industry is a plus
Qualifications/Skills:
•Basic Computer skills
•Good eyesight
•Strong sense of responsibility
•Independent, assertive able to make decisions with little supervision
•Able to handle multi-task environment with good organizational skills
