Mô tả Controlling raw materials:
- Select and validate raw materials in accordance with specification given in the transfer tool kit and local specifications and standards
- Record documentation of tests on concrete and raw materials
Value Added Products and concrete mix:
- Develop the range of VAP in charge
- Provide VAP training at the plant and area level
- Create and provide sustainable concrete mix design
- Optimize in cost and performance
- Make sure that the products are adapted to the customer needs client
- Contribute to the right usage of the product by customers and applicators, in collaboration with the Product Development Manager
- Communicate with the Product Development Manager on all aspects related to the product, and particularly the specifications and expected technical performance of the product
Others:
- Organize and run laboratory trials and plant trials
- Write report on trials carried out
- Report regularly with the QC Manager on the results obtained, problems encountered and customer/applicator comments on the product
- Procurement and maintenance of necessary laboratory equipments
- Ensure that the Quality Procedures and Policies are followed and in place

Kỹ năng - Solid knowledge of concrete mix-designs and properties
- Solid knowledge of quality standards and technical regulations
- Ability to run standard tests also provide testing for Value Added Products (local requirements)
Prefer:
Trained at degree level (Building Material, Engineering, Chemistry)
- Experience in Quality Control in concrete, and over 3 years of field experience
- Communication and training skills
- Fluent in English
