Mô tả Support WEB- based team leader on developing and implementing IT software to contribute to gain the KPI of the team and business unit.
Job responsibilities:
1.Analyses the business specs / technical specs of the assigned project to develop the systems which meet requirement and timing.
2.Support the team leader on technical analysis to meet user requirements as well as support co-worker on technical issues to complete the assigned projects/ tasks timely.
3.Investigates and answers daily user enquiries on in-charged system functional as well as problem encountered.
4.In charge of function testing on every enhancements / new projects to ensure the developed module are matched with business specs as well as help user /team leader on building test scripts to cover all test cases.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Participate in analyze, design and architecture of software systems to meet business requirements in a highly participatory process.
2.Design and programming systems making specific determinations about systems performance.
3.Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability.
4.Investigate and resolve application functionality related user problems/ issues/ needs and provide first level support on in-charged systems.
5.Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements
6.Create and maintain function / technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
7.Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts and test to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate.
8.Confer with business analyst/users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing systems. Resolve questions of program intent , data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
9.Provide assistance to system admin/ business analyst and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
10.Train business analyst/ users to use new or modified functionalities in system.
11.Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management if any
Kỹ năng A.Qualification
-Graduated university of Information Technology.
-English certificate at least level B.

-IT technical analysis: at least 2 years.
-.Net programming: at least 3 years.

-Server- side development: C#/VB.Net, ASPX, ASP, .Net Components such as Telerik …
-Client- side development: JavaScript, CSS, Ajax …
-Application servers: IIS …
