Mô tả We are looking for an experienced Game producer in charge of managing and leading the creation of new ambitious games. He will act from the concept to the finished product.
The scope covers:
- Drive and manage the development teams (programmers, artist, designers and quality assurance testers.)
- Manage the development of new games throughout all production stages: concept, mockup, development phase and delivery)
- Working closely with the department heads to ensure good communication and coordination with the teams.
- Monitor the planning and deliver the project on time respecting the allocated budget
- Handle the client relationship
- Anticipate, prevent issues and find out solutions, ensuring that all projects are delivered on- time, respecting the budget and conforming to quality standards;
- Proposing and implementing new process to improve production.
You will work with a team and drive the needed functionality adjustments so that the project will be on time and fitting the budget
Kỹ năng You are a game addict with a certain interest in new platforms and new game experiences (social, casual). You will work with a talented team with a start up state of mind.
The games on which you will work will be released to hundreds thousands or even millions of gamers. This means a strong dedication.
- You have at least 2 years of experience Project Management – Mobile/Web/Facebook Game
is a plus.
- You totally master and even are a promoter of project management methodologies – scrum certified is an advantage
- You have a proven track record of projects.
- You are curious and interested in new platforms and new gaming experiences (casual, social,
Facebook, etc…).
- You have a good general knowledge of the video game and more particularly of the mobile and web/Facebook games.
- Able to manage, motivate, and work with a team under pressure. You have already worked in an intercultural company.
- Very good English (written, verbal), Vietnamese, French is nice to have
