Mô tả Weekly check the accuracy of Raw Materials Inventory Report from BASE BEN LUC (Aluminum Materials) and BASE NHA BE (Both : Aluminum and steel materials) in term of weight and quantity. And submit to Operation Manager
- Get the input Data , picture etc… from Operation Manager to make the WEEKLY Yard Operation Report in both NHA BE and BEN LUC. And submit to Operation Manager
- Document System and File up all the Yard Operation document, Internal, External Memo… etc for Operation Department
- Document System and File up all the ISO document for Operation Department
- Get instruction from Operation Manager and to share the work load with him , to make the Estimation for new Yard Operation Project , whenever needed. And submit to Operation Manager
- Get instruction from Operation Manager, and Planning Engineer and to share the work load with him, to make the Estimation for new Ship building Project, whenever needed. And submit to Operation Manager
- Get the input Date and work instruction from Operation Manager and to share the work load with him , to created All the weekly Report for: Yard Manpower Graph, Production Development Graph, Yard Consumable Consumption Graph, Yard Equipment/ Tool using and Consumption Graph, Yard Lost time Graph, Yard Safety Improvement / Implementation Statistics, Yards Equipment Maintenance Statistics, Yard Security Statistics, Yard Development / Maintenance Statistics, Yard Productivity and Quality Determine Graph
- Help Operation Manager to cooperation with : Purchasing and Financial – For created the New Project code open process- And Report to Operation Manager
- Help Operation Manager to make all the Minute Meeting from Yard Operation (with Base, Production, QHSE … etc ) - And report to Operation Manager
- Get the instruction from Operation Manager and help him : to created and make the Internal and External Memo, in case of request
Kỹ năng Graduated MARINE Technical university.
- Independent working. Good command in Technical software and Microsoft Software ..
- Good command in English.
- Word Hard - Smart- Agilely
- Vietnamese citizen with 2 years experiences & above
