Mô tả To be in charge of all inbound out bound calling center cycle
- Training, putting script of sales in place, training staff products and sales skills.
- Manage and direct all aspects of the Call Center (inbound & Out bound telesales)
- Set team target daily in line with daily/monthly/annual target requirement
- Prepare and execute action plan to manage telesales team to achieve company’s goal and target
- Cooperate with other teams and departments to make sure the timely product delivery to end users
- Find out the reasons of pending orders, cancel orders to handle.
- Follow up with the broadcast schedules of all television stations
- Manage the database to make report of Call Feedback, Statistic Report, Daily Sales Report, Daily Call Summary Report, and Broadcast Program Time Report.
- Track and measure individual and team productivity and quality results for staffing forecasts
- Build morale, team spirit and commitment towards service excellence
- Involve in recruitment & training process.
- Develop KPI to manage and measure team’s performance
- Other tasks assigned by Retail Operating Manager/ BOD
Kỹ năng Having big experience in calling center for 5 years as Call Center Manager.
- BA degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge and experience in participatory trainings, monitoring and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Leadership and ability to manage delegated responsibility.
- Work accuracy, organized records and reporting.
- Professional discipline.
- Good teamwork
