Mô tả -Supervise and support Apple training experts at initial stage.
-Train store managers and staffs developing their sales skills and product knowledge of Apple devices (Macbook, Iphone…).
-Develop and execute schedule of training program annually.
-Conduct seminar, in-store and occasionally cooperate in online training in assigned region.
-Check merchandising compliance of outlet.
-Build up KPI at initial step to indentify the skill gaps of trainee by stores then propose appropriate approach method to help them acquire knowlegdes.
- Measure performance of trainees to drive constant improvement program.
Kỹ năng -Passion for education and good training skills.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Net working skill, people and service oriented.
-Good English communication (both speaking and writing skills).
-5 years experience.
-Having understanding of high-tech devices, esp Apple products.
