Mô tả - Responsibility to prepare yearly inventory schedule
- Responsibility to carry rotating physical inventory of all items under inventory list as per approved schedule
- In charge to work direct with related Warehouse Officer, Purchasing and Accounting Dept. to find out roof cause of any discrepancy case
- In charge to join tool and equipment site inventory with Warehouse Officer, Production and Facilities & Maintenance Dept.
- Responsibility to co-ordinate with IT Dept. to do yearly inventory for all IT asset
- Responsibility to co-ordinate with related Warehouse Officer and F&M Dept. to do yearly inventory of all Fixed Asset - both mobilize and immobilize items
- In charge to check all issues of inventory adjustment before submit to HOD for approval
- Responsibility to prepare and keep filing all inventory record and inventory adjustment
- In charge to co-ordinate with Account in all External Audit, when it is required
Kỹ năng - Graduated from University, Dept of Finance-Account
- 3-5-year working experience in Store/Account/ Audit Section: heavy industrial field
- English: intermediate
- Computer: MS software
- Able to work overtime to get job done on time as requested
- Sometimes, Warehouse Inventory Officer needs to move to Vung Tau factory to do the inventory
