Mô tả Responsibility to support machine installation
- Start up and running of production processes and MAE release support
- Support in providing a maintenance planning as well as spare part planning for factory
- Handle small project improvement to increase machine efficiency
- Performs preventive as well as corrective maintenance to the machine’s parts of Factory
- Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
- Communication with the lead plant engineers and suppliers for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance implementation
- Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
- Support in disturbances and take the lead in trouble shooting
- Initiate OEE improvements
- Issue purchase requests (workon)
- Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
- Understand and improve the process. E.g. investigate and fix quality problems
- Set up and maintain statistical process control
- Maintain and improve the production system BPS around the machine: CIP, lean line design, standardized work etc
Kỹ năng University Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile, Electrical-Electronics, Material Science
- Good communication in English
- At least 02 year working experience in production
- Strong knowledge about material science, heat treatment, washing
- Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety)
- Process management (PDCA, KPI, etc.)
- Problem analysis and problem solving (8D)
- MS Office and Auto CAD
