Mô tả - Ensure that resources are effectively deployed to ensure operation’s conformity with Standard Operating Procedure’s/BV Values/Code of Ethics through effective training and implementation of the group’s Quality Assurance system.
- Responsible for determining the training needs, organizing training and competence development work for the Social Audit (SA) team.
- Responsible for capacity building to align to business needs.
Support and ensure the effective and timely resolution of technical issues and problems, whether internal or client based.
- Responsible for the service delivery performance in terms of efficiency, quality and turn- around time.
- Perform Onsite supervision/assessments of the Social Audit (SA) team according to pre-determined schedule.
- Perform Audit and Assessment as and when assigned in accordance to Client and BV guidelines.
- Strictly adhere to BVCPS Code of Ethics, Code of conduct and related requirements as provided.
- To follow any appropriate additional instructions / tasks from upper management.
Kỹ năng - Minimum of a 4-year degree
- Business, Law, Finance, Public Policy, Environmental Management, Sustainability/Social Responsibility or other relevant discipline
- Not required
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social audit related business and at least 3 years at the Supervisory/Managerial level.
- Knowledgeable in SA8000, ICTI, WRAP, ETI/SMETA, BSCI, FLA and regional laws.
- Well understanding of local laws, environmental laws, code of conduct
- Good command of written and spoken English and local languages
- Good communication skill
- Good Leadership skill.
