Company profile: a French Vietnamese joint Venture specialized in production and distribution of Baker's yeast. The products are both for domestic and export markets.
Job description:
- Manage and responsible for all daily activities regarding the, water and waste water treatment and environment to ensure company’s operation in compliance with environmental Law and Local regulations
- Manage the team and responsible for the performance of the whole team with 6 operators.
- Ensure to follow up the correction of operational issues and ensure its solution effectively.
- Educate and train for the team to understand and follow environmental regulation and process
Part water treatment:
- Follow-up the operation of the water treatment : well water treatment, softener, RO system.
- Optimize the treatment and cost
- Ensure all the declaration to the authorities
Part Waste Water Treatment Plant:
- Follow-up and operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (UASB pre-treatment, Aerobic post-treatment, excess sludge dewatering and off gas/odor treatment). Optimize WWTP-operation to minimize aquatic emissions in a cost-efficient way.
- Make sure raw Waste Water is treated and discharged in accordance with all legal requirements. Monitor water streams and take preventive or curative actions to maintain a final effluent quality within legal consent.
- Carry out daily maintenance and other operational tasks (sampling, analyzing, visual inspection, trouble-shooting …).
- Manage and help to analyse influent and effluent samples. Daily laboratory analyzes will be done in an on-site lab.
- Planning, organising and supervise the preventive maintenance.
- Provide the management on a regular basis with reports on WWTP-performance, maintenance schedules and electrical & chemical consumption data.

Kỹ năng - Bachelor degree in environmental technology, 27 years old & above
- Experience in water & waste water treatment at factory is preferred.
- Practical skills and hands-on approach. Experience on troubleshooting is an asset.
- Team management, sense for initiative, flexibility and responsibility, self motivated.
- English communication (if possible french)
