* Production Planning : - Estimate production capacity (and its evolution) and make production and productivity forecast - Define production target (month/week/day). - Define daily production planning (volume, tasks assignment, team organization, leave management)
* Production management : - Implement production planning (assigns objectives and tasks to production executives and supervises tasks executions) - Insure production executives know their missions and objectives - Supervise the issues (resource issues, rejected deliveries, tool bugs…) raised in shift and proactively acts to prevent them based on shift report - Communicate with customer on difficulties and propose alternatives solutions if required. - Insure cycle time is aligned to customer target - Insure working policies are well respected and take disciplinary actions if needed. - Manage non performance by timely framed actions plans
* Quality and Innovation : - Setup and operate continuous improvement process - Insure that production quality is aligned to customer target
* HR - Manage administrative duties (contract renewal, salary review, performance review…) in accordance with corporate policies for own reporting’s line - Prepare C&B input (time sheet and bonus scheme) - Defines the training plan for the production team - Defines the hiring plan base on production needs
* Reporting : - Reports performances to senior management (Cycle time, productivity, workload, docs produced…) - Reports operations progress & quality issues to customer - Assure the feedback to all customer’s request within 24 hours Kỹ năng - 3-4 years of working experience in the industry with management of medium (20) to large team - Significant experience in project management, quality management, recruiting and training tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese & English, French is a plus) and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and executives. - Ability to take decisions - Strong problem solving skills - Priority management skills - Ability to work under pressure - Problem solving skills crucial and will be challenged daily - Computer skills: Good with excel (planning making) and reporting tools (Powerpoint or equivalent) Trình độ Đại học Kinh nghiệm 4 năm Mức lương Thỏa thuận Hình thức làm việc Nhân viên chính thức Thời gian thử việc 2 tháng Yêu cầu hồ sơ - Please send your English CV to : jobs@officience.com (Subject : Operations Manager) Thanks Hạn nộp hồ sơ 31/12/2012
